International Bethlehem Continues with the Eva Kitto PGE Property, Thunder Bay Mining Division

Thunder Bay, Ontario – July 27, 2009 – East West Resource Corporation ("East West") has received an exploration update from International Bethlehem Mining Corp. ("International Bethlehem") for the 210 claim unit Eva Kitto Property, located near the town of Beardmore, Ontario approximately 180 km north-northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The property is located within the Proterozoic Nipigon Basin and covers an area over a 10 km diameter ultramafic intrusion. International Bethlehem's primary target is to follow up on potential feeder dikes beneath a 10 km diameter cone shaped ultramafic intrusion. The program will include further detailed surface exploration for potential platinum showings. A surface showing occurs in a creek valley wall where it cuts a disseminated sulphide horizon within the ultramafic intrusion. The sulphide horizon is thought to be significant and host mineralization elsewhere within the ultramafic body. The focus of exploration remains the highly prospective feeder dikes, since they are known to be associated with platinum group element ("PGE") occurrences recently discovered north of Thunder Bay and south of the Seagull intrusion.

Drill Hole EK08-1 was drilled to a depth of 245.36 metres in December of 2008 and bottomed in an ultramafic unit interpreted to be a feeder dike. This hole will be deepened to explore the potential of the dike when the program continues this summer, and step out holes are planned to test a nearby PGE occurrence.

International Bethlehem have an option to earn a 30% interest in the property by spending $500,000 of which $150,000 has been spent and the remaining $350,000 will be spent during the summer program. The Company may earn a 60% interest by spending an additional $1 million within 3 years. The Eva Kitto Property is located approximately 180 km north-northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario, near the town of Beardmore near Hwy 11, the CN rail line and the Trans Canada gas pipe line, and is part of the Proterozoic Nipigon Basin.

This news release has been reviewed and approved by Mr. Robert Middleton, P. Eng., and Geophysicist, who is acting as the Company's Qualified Person for this project in accordance with regulations under NI 43-101.
