Mr. Sean Charland – Chief Executive Officer, Director and Chairman
Mr. Charland is a seasoned communications professional with experience in raising capital and marketing resource exploration companies. His network of contacts within the financial community extends across North America and Europe. Mr. Charland has been a Director of Zimtu Capital Corp. from January 2012 to present, director of Arctic Star Exploration Corp. from March 2012 to present and is currently a director of Maple Gold Mines Ltd., Binovi Technologies Corp., Alpha Lithium Corporation and Core Assets Corp. Mr. Charland was the Investor Relations Manager with Longview Capital Management from March 2007 to June 2009.
Mr. Shawn Smith – Director
Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Dalhousie University and a Real Estate Salesperson and Sub-mortgage Broker title from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Smith previously served as the CFO and Corporate Secretary and director of Boss Minerals Inc. and as the CFO and Corporate Secretary of Oceanside Capital Corp.
Mr. Colton Griffith – Director
Mr. Griffith is Marketing Lead at Zimtu Capital Corp. and brings a background in capital markets and performance marketing, with experience in investor communications and corporate positioning for Canadian junior resource companies. He is a director of Discovery Energy Metals Corp. and Crown Minerals Corp.
